I could feel the scorching heat but somehow my heavy jacket and gears were acting as shield but only when I was moving. I really enjoyed the ride to the fullest thanks to this road.Īs I was nearing the destination, Sun was on my head and tilting towards the other later side. This road gave me all the good vibes of the ride. I did not expect this highway to be better than Agra Expressway but it was excellent. Once Agra Expressway ended, I joined Lucknow Expressway and parted to take the Etawah Highway towards Kanpur via Auraiya. I planned to have meal in the later part of the journey so that less would be left post meal. Weather was too good to be April and I was merrily moving towards Kanpur. when I passed the first toll plaza of Agra Expressway. Yamaha R3 is an amazing machine indeed, so smooth and effortless. The outstanding tarmac, nice weather, background music of two pistons racing each other through the exhaust really made my ride astounding. Evidently it took more time comparatively but I started to roll. Usually me and Nikhil would help each other in wearing the gears, ensure the saddles and warm up the bikes before starting however, I had to do it alone. I thought of starting early morning so that most of the time I would be able to avoid sun but nothing like it happened. I then decided to go alone, informing Mayank who lived in Kanpur. I tried to catch hold of Nikhil and Vineet to plan a bike tour but unfortunately for some unavoidable reasons they were not near. However, this was the during arrival of summers of 2021 and my wife went to her parent’s for some days and I had a weeks time left to go to my hometown. Nikhil bought Ninja 300 and eventually I bought Yamaha R3 and three of us have been to number of amazing rides, memories of which cannot be valued less than treasure. Apart from my brothers I have two friends Nikhil and Vineet who have similar zeal and interest towards bikes which I really adore. Ever since I am able to understand things I have always doted and fancied motorbikes.
